Hi there! My name’s Jennifer Grauer and my friends call me “The Champion of Nice”. That’s because I know that it pays to pay it forward in more ways than one.

Seems like everywhere you look these days, the common courtesies that were once so common to our business and personal relationships are being overlooked. It’s easy to get so caught up in the busyness of our fast-paced modern world that we forget to prioritise and make time for the people most important to us – whether it’s family and friends, or your customers if you’re in business.

Despite our best intentions, countless opportunities to reach out and connect pass us by. I get it! We’re all short on time, attention and energy, so the little things fall through the cracks. Sadly, simple niceness has become the casualty … but it doesn’t need to be. So I’m on a mission to bring it back.
